  Upon purchasing from Rustic Comfort, I agree to ALL of these terms and conditions. 


  • I agree that ALL sales are FINAL.
  • I agree that there are no refunds/exchanges if I am not satisfied with the fragrance.
  • I agree that once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made.
  • I agree that due to the nature of Rustic Comfort products, refunds/exchanges are not issued.
  • I agree to all processing and shipping policies. 
  • I agree that Rustic Comfort is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 
  • I agree that Rustic Comfort is NOT responsible for products that melt during transit.
  • I agree that damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving package, (With Proof).

Return/Refund Policy

  • In the event of breakage or defect please contact us within 48hrs and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please provide a picture and description along with a way to contact you. 
  • All other sales are final.
